Master Bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and patio door access to the lanai and pool area. There is also a desk for remote work with a large screen TV to use as a monitor.

Outdoor screened in pool and seating areas provide privacy and relaxation. Outdoor furniture includes 4 chaise lounges poolside with an umbrella. Table and 4 chairs, with a sitting area underneath an outside lanai. A propane gas grill is also available.

The family room is outfitted with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable couches and chairs, with sliding doors to the outside living space by the pool. The couch also opens up to a queen-size bed.

The Parlour area contains 2 rocking swivel chairs, a desk for working remotely.

Beach necessities include a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach toys, and beach towels.

The dining area seats 6 along with a kitchenette table which seats 4. The kitchen is open concept to the dining room area and kitchenette - great for entertaining. It is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you would find back home.

This vacation home is child-friendly, including children’s dishware and utensils, high chair, booster chair, baby bathtub, children's towels, and pack play.
